My process

  • Research and consultation to discuss your ideal objective or problem. This will allow me to estimate intake time and effort required as well as provide a working estimate for the advisory services needed for your project.

  • Up to 4-6 weeks of research, working sessions, and interviews to properly frame up the opportunity and expected outcome. Usually consisting of a mix of in-person, zoom, and email exchanges.

  • Presentation of my evaluation of the opportunity along with a Three Horizon* approach to achieve ideal state paired with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and next steps.

    At this point I will provide a quote to continue implementation or optionally, facilitate a kick off for you to continue independently.

  • 3-6 months (can vary) of working sessions with regular zoom checkins through First Horizon initiatives. Includes project organization and management, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements.

  • 2-3 weeks after First Horizon achievement, I will conduct a retrospective session to evaluate the implementation process and determine if we are ready for Horizon 2 and 3 implementation.
